TENDER DESCRIPTION

Framework agreement for 5 years, with the option of 2 x 1-year extension, for the supply, installation and maintenance of the municipal camera system and -network and associated data-related services. Through this framework agreement, the city wishes to secure the current camera network, further develop and expand it, and enable future-oriented growth through data-related services, where additional ANPR functionalities, speed measurement, image analysis, object detection and other new technologies that may become possible are envisaged. This framework agreement is made available to other authorities in the form of a purchasing centre (see Annex D). The Total estimate for this framework agreement amounts to €15,000,000 including VAT. The inventory for this file concerns the Kortrijk case and is used for the assessment of the award criteria.
