TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract includes the supply of reagents for point-of-care glucose testing. As part of this contract, the contractor shall, for the full duration of the contract, make available a point-of-care test (POCT) system for glucose testing, including the required middleware. The contract also includes: • commissioning and configuration of the POCT system. • training of the designated personnel of the contracting authority. • a full-service (full-omnium) maintenance contract for the equipment made available. The equipment is made available without a separate purchase price. The costs associated with this are included in the unit prices of the reagents. During the entire term of the contract, the equipment remains the property of the contractor and will be collected back by the latter after the contract ends. The solution will be used to perform glucose POCT on patients in the AZ Sint-Jan Brugge AV and campus SFX hospitals, AZ Sint-Lucas vzw and AZ Alma under the management of laboratory medicine.
