TENDER DESCRIPTION

This public contract aims to conclude a framework agreement with one participant for the sale of courses and printed materials to students and the delivery of digital printed matter to the university of applied sciences. This contract includes printing, selling and delivering digital or physically supplied learning materials for the internal operations of AP University of Applied Sciences. The contract is divided into two lots: 'Courses' and 'Non-courses'. Under the first lot falls the course material that is supplied by lecturers mainly in PDF format and that is sold directly to students via a webshop managed by the contractor. Under the second lot falls the reprographic printed materials that are necessary for the own operations of the departments or that are purchased by the university of applied sciences as learning materials (such as examination forms). Although by far the majority of the documents are supplied digitally, in exceptional cases there may also be a request for the reproduction of physical documents.
