AZ Sint-Lucas vzw is organising this framework agreement with the aim of setting up a pool of selected suppliers for the supply of medical devices. As future needs at the time the contract is awarded cannot be fully determined, no specific devices, quantities or call-offs are guaranteed. When, during the term of the framework agreement, a specific need arises, a renewed competition (mini-competition) will be organised among the selected contractors. Based on the specific technical, functional and economic requirements of the intended purchase, the selected contractors will be invited to submit an offer. This approach provides the contracting authority with the necessary flexibility to respond to future needs and technological developments, while at the same time ensuring effective competition throughout the entire term of the framework agreement.
