TENDER DESCRIPTION

The maintenance contract aims to make available and keep in place a sufficient number of fire-fighting equipment that is ready for use, as well as to keep operational the emergency lighting, smoke vents, fire detection control panels and smoke detectors present in the common parts of the buildings of Tuinwijk BV. The works include: - The annual inspection of all devices on the basis of the existing inventory and the repairing/replacing of components provided for in the measurement schedule - Reporting defective components whose replacement is not included in the maintenance - Delivering the inspection reports.
