TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract being procured through this procurement procedure concerns a framework agreement for the cleaning and inspection of sewers and associated assets on the client’s own premises. This work falls under CPV code 90470000-2 (sewer cleaning services). This is a service. HVC intends to award the subcontracts through the framework agreement. The scope of the framework agreement comprises, broadly: General-purpose activities; Cleaning and inspecting the onsite sewer system; Cleaning and inspecting manholes and channel drains; Cleaning and inspecting oil and petrol separators; Cleaning and inspecting grease separators; Cleaning and inspecting septic tanks; Preventive maintenance of pumping stations for sewers; Corrective maintenance of pumping stations for sewers; 24/7 breakdown service for emergencies. The above components constitute a non-exhaustive list at a high level. For further specification, reference is made to the elaboration in the specification requirements document (programme of requirements) and the associated annexes for the purposes of the procurement.
