The contract is set to start on January 1, 2027. The initial contract end date is December 31, 2028, resulting in an initial duration of two years. The agreement allows for two possible extensions, each for one year, which could lead to a maximum total duration of four years. The client retains the unilateral right to extend the contract and must notify the contractor of an extension at least three months before the initial end date. The actual execution of the assignment is scheduled to begin on January 2, 2027. Prices are fixed until December 31, 2027, with annual indexation potentially occurring from January 1, 2028, subject to written approval. The contract will also terminate if the maximum assignment value of €1,600,000 (excluding VAT, including price indexations) is reached within the contract duration. Work will be performed through sub-assignments issued by the client. An overall timetable and a detailed work plan must be submitted by the contractor one week prior to the commencement of the work.

• Providing access to an SCS viewer for online progress monitoring of cleaning and inspection.
• Administration of deployed materials and manpower.
• Development of cleaning and inspection plans conforming to BRLK10014 and BRLK10015 requirements, respectively.

• Implementation of various traffic measures, including specific road closures and deployment of traffic controllers.

• Delivery of inspected sewer sections in digital PDF, DXF or DWG formats with RD coordinates, color-coded based on their condition (green, orange, red, black).
