Framework agreement for sports fields of the municipality of Weert. This concerns a framework agreement covering the following activities: - carrying out general maintenance of sports fields; - carrying out specialist maintenance of sports fields; - carrying out related activities. The estimated value of the framework agreement amounts to € 1,845,000 excluding VAT during the initial contract duration of four years. The total estimated value during the maximum term of the framework agreement of nine years amounts to € 4,200,000 excluding VAT. The maximum contract value of the framework agreement amounts to € 5,400,000 excluding VAT. When determining this maximum contract value, account has been taken of price indexations, changes in the area, expansion of sports facilities, additional work within the scope of the contract and other developments during the term of the framework agreement.
