TENDER DESCRIPTION
This contract concerns a multilateral framework agreement in which the conditions of the service are agreed and which will be complied with when carrying out the subsequent contracts. The framework agreement creates a contractual framework with regard to laying down the conditions of individual contracts relating to waste collection and processing that are carried out for Farys, the shareholders/partners of Creat, and the participants of Creat Services.
