TENDER DESCRIPTION

The A-card is the savings and benefits card of the City of Antwerp. Users earn points by participating in cultural, sports and other leisure activities. Saved points can be exchanged for discounts or other benefits. For people who are in financial difficulty, the A-card is also a personal discount card that entitles the holder to a reduced-fare rate. Lastly, the A-card is also used as a library card, as the card used to operate the underground sorting lanes, and as an access card for unattended sports halls.  Points can be earned at various (unattended) savings kiosks placed throughout the territory of the City of Antwerp, both at city locations and with city partners. The subject matter of the contract is to conclude a framework agreement for the purchase and delivery of A-cards, i.e. cards of the type MIFARE DESFire 4K EV3.
