TENDER DESCRIPTION

Subject of these supplies: Framework agreement for the purchase of knee prostheses with associated sterile instruments for the orthopaedics department. Explanation: For our orthopaedics department, we are looking for a supplier of knee prostheses who can supply a complete set, including the required material for the placement of the prosthesis (instrumentation). The delivered sets must be supplied sterile. If the supplier cannot ensure this themselves, they may call on a subcontractor for this, but the prosthesis supplier remains responsible for correctly delivering the ordered prostheses. In addition, the supplier clearly indicates which parts cannot be supplied sterile and must be sterilised in the hospital for use. The prostheses must be delivered to order, the day before the scheduled operation, to the hospital’s pharmacy. For this framework agreement, we are counting on about 200 prostheses per year.
