TENDER DESCRIPTION

For our urology department, we wish to move to a framework agreement for 2 years, extendable 2 times by 1 year each, for the purchase of disposable cystoscopes and disposable ureteroscopes with associated monitors (4 units). Preferably, the same monitor can be used for both the cystoscopes and the ureteroscopes. Under this framework agreement, we wish to obtain an agreement for the purchase of the scopes and a loan-for-use arrangement for the monitors. This must be taken into account in the tender to be submitted. The total value of the framework agreement is estimated at a maximum of €105,000.00 per year, or a maximum of €420,000.00 over 4 years for the disposable cystoscopes, and a maximum of €22,000.00 per year, or a maximum of €88,000.00 over 4 years for the disposable ureteroscopes. This brings the total value for this framework agreement to €127,000.00, excluding VAT, on an annual basis, or €508,000.00 excluding VAT, for the full 4 years. This is also considered the maximum order amount.
