TENDER DESCRIPTION

For our urology department, we wish to enter into a 2-year framework agreement, extendable 2 times by 1 year each, for the purchase of disposable cystoscopes and disposable ureteroscopes with associated monitors (4 units). Preferably, the same monitor can be used for both the cystoscopes and the ureteroscopes. In this framework agreement, we wish to obtain agreement for the purchase of the scopes and a loan-for-use arrangement for the monitors. This should be taken into account in the bid to be submitted. The total value of the framework agreement is estimated at a maximum of €105,000.00 per year, or a maximum of €420,000.00 over 4 years for the disposable cystoscopes, and a maximum of €22,000.00 per year, or a maximum of €88,000.00 over 4 years for the disposable ureteroscopes. This brings the total value for this framework agreement to €127,000.00, excluding VAT, on an annual basis, or €508,000.00 excluding VAT for the full 4 years.
