TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract for lot 1 includes the supply, installation, management and maintenance of K-directional signage within the territory of the municipality of Venlo. Quality, timeliness and reliability of the signage are important guiding principles. K-directional signage refers to signage for geographical destinations. This includes both the blue directional signs with white lettering for car traffic and the white directional signs with red lettering for bicycle traffic. The Contracting Party is expected to provide a high level of service, characterized by rapid and reliable handling of defects, effective communication and proactive information provision, so that the municipality of Venlo is optimally relieved of concerns throughout the term of the Agreement. The estimated contract value (over 4 years) amounts to 475,000 euros exclusive of VAT. The maximum value (over 4 years) amounts to approximately 650,000 euros exclusive of VAT.
