TENDER DESCRIPTION

For our existing lift fleet, we wish to conclude a maintenance contract since the current agreement will end. In addition to the maintenance of the existing lifts, we also wish to conclude an agreement at the same time for the renovation/modernisation of existing lifts that are end of life. This agreement is also intended to set out conditions in the event of new-build projects where lifts must be provided. The contractor guarantees that he is fully authorised, trained and equipped to carry out the maintenance of all lift installations included in the inventory, regardless of the original manufacturer or control system type.
