TENDER DESCRIPTION

The current assignment concerns the provision of postal services: sending correspondence (invitations, reminders and results) in the context of cancer screening programmes by post to the relevant target groups. Some letters are administrative mail, while other letters are direct mail. Some correspondence is of an atypical nature, where a test kit is added to the invitation (invitations in the context of the Colorectal Cancer Screening Programme). The various letters are provided for dispatch in bundled and sorted form to the maximum extent possible in order to optimize postage costs and keep them as low as possible. In addition, there is also a section relating to the MaxiResponse (sample delivery to the laboratory in the context of the Colorectal Cancer Screening Programme). Exclusivity and minimum purchase The quantities to be delivered in bulk or per individual order are an estimate and may differ. The Contracting Authority does not guarantee any minimum purchases, nor exclusivity. Mini-competitions 1.
