TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract is issued by non-profit organization vzw Algemeen Ziekenhuis Klina, Augustijnslei 100, 2930 Brasschaat, VAT or company number (KBO) 0434.302.850, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority and AZ Klina. Each undertaking that submits an offer is referred to as a tenderer. The tenderer to whom the public contract is awarded is referred to as the supplier after award. This contract concerns a framework agreement for the rental, washing, drying, repair and/or replacement and transport of linen, duvets and workwear for AZ Klina. In addition, the contract includes making available and maintaining logistical aids, such as roll containers, coat-hanger holders and plastic bags, which are necessary for the efficient collection, processing and distribution of textiles. The contract is carried out for an initial period of 48 months and may be extended once by a further period of 48 months by means of a silent extension, resulting in a maximum total duration of eight years.
