TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender solicits a framework agreement for Lot 1: Leadership Development in Open Enrollment & In-house Replicas, encompassing the design, preparation, and execution of modules, trajectories, individual coaching, and intervision, with associated design costs and a mark-up for the contractor's Learning Management System. - Overlap with Framework Agreement: The term of an individual order may extend beyond the end of the (extended) framework agreement by a maximum of one year for Lot 1 and a maximum of two years for Lot 2.
- Execution Period: The execution period will also be determined per individual order. The contracting authority can specify the desired period and term for the execution of services when requesting an offer.
- Bidder's Commitment Term: Bidders are bound by their offer for a period of 180 calendar days, beginning the day after the deadline for receiving offers. The submission of adjusted offers during the placement procedure restarts this commitment period.
- Start and End Dates for Modules/Trajectories: A "startdatum" refers to the commencement date of a module or trajectory, and an "Einddatum" refers to the presumed last day of performance.
