TENDER DESCRIPTION
This contract is a framework agreement for services and is intended to draw up complete design files, tender files, grant files, including safety coordination, prepare a technical report regarding earthworks and the monitoring of road and sewerage works and other infrastructure works. The municipal authority retains the right at any time, for any file whatsoever, to appoint a designer through another procedure and is free to make use of the framework agreement to be concluded. The contractor may not demand compensation for this.
