TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns a framework agreement for the (individual) leasing of bicycles for the benefit of the staff (contractual staff/statutory staff) of Ziekenhuis Oost-Limburg (ZOL). This agreement aims to appoint a leasing company that offers bicycle leasing to ZOL employees in accordance with the principles of salary sacrifice. The bicycle leasing will be offered under the cafeteria plan used by ZOL. ZOL uses the Acerta FlexPay platform for this. The arrangements are further explained in the technical specifications. In this context, ZOL aims to carry out an operation that is cost-neutral for it, with limited administrative burden both for its own operations and for the employees who wish to make use of the bicycle leasing. For that reason, ZOL places importance on thorough digitisation and automation of the administrative processing of bicycle leasing. It must furthermore be possible, at the end of the leasing period, to purchase the bicycle individually at its actual market value.
