TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract involves a framework agreement for the (individual) leasing of bicycles for the benefit of staff (contract employees/statutory employees) of the Hospital Oost-Limburg (ZOL). This agreement aims to appoint a leasing company that offers bicycle leasing to ZOL employees in accordance with the principles of salary exchange. The bicycle leasing will be offered within the cafeteria plan used by ZOL. For this purpose, ZOL uses the Acerta FlexPay platform. The terms and conditions are further explained in the technical provisions. In this context, ZOL aims to carry out a cost-neutral operation for it, with a limited administrative burden both for its own operations and for the employees who wish to make use of bicycle leasing. For that reason, ZOL attaches importance to extensive digitalisation and automation of the administrative processing of bicycle leasing. In addition, it must be possible at the end of the leasing period to individually purchase the bicycle at its fair market value.
