TENDER DESCRIPTION

This lot includes software broker services for the purchase, renewal, and monitoring of software licenses, software subscriptions, SaaS solutions, cloud subscriptions, and AI subscriptions deployed within VRT to support its business and operational processes. This includes both standard software and specialized software, including media software and software licenses for workplace, server, and data center environments, as well as software that supports the entire lifecycle of digital products, from design and development through testing and deployment to monitoring, operational management, and continuous improvement. The contractor supports VRT in acquiring and monitoring software available through usual reseller and distribution channels and is responsible for proactive license management, contract management, vendor management, and renewal management, including timely follow-up of expiration dates, maintenance contracts, and license renewals. The contractor also assists VRT in achieving an optimal price-quality ratio. Microsoft and Adobe licenses are not part of this lot.
