TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns a framework agreement and mainly includes: - Designing bridges (test programme, stability-related aspects, foundations, substructure, superstructure, …); - Preparing the necessary studies and documents for obtaining the environmental permit for these bridge designs. The services include (non-exhaustive): - preparing a start-up and/or project report and an evaluation report - surveying the existing situation - preparing a complete road/traffic works dossier - preparing a complete bridge design dossier - attendance and support at information meetings with the public - preparing the tender documents package - preparing the dossier for applying for the environmental permit and any other permit applications - preparing any expropriation plans. For an extensive description of the subject matter of the contract, reference is made to the technical specifications.
