TENDER DESCRIPTION

Mozaïek Wonen will start an procurement procedure soon to conclude a framework agreement with three contractors for a period of four years. The aim is to make our housing stock (structural) more sustainable in combination with planned maintenance. The scope includes, among other things, the preparation and execution of the work, resident communication and participation. In addition, we are focusing on a long-term collaboration in which efficient working, learning ability and continuous improvement are central. In the procurement, Mozaïek Wonen will follow the European procurement rules for contracting authorities and we will choose a non-open procedure. The maximum number of Dwellings that can be carried out under the framework agreement is 3000 in total for all contractors under the framework agreement.
