TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of procurement is one used fire-fighting vehicle with an upgrade - telescopic ladder truck. The economic operator is obliged to offer the Contracting Authority a vehicle of a production year not older than 2002, in proper working condition, with the following documentation:- reports on tests carried out by an authorized company in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (NN 71/14, 118/14, 154/14, 94/18, 96/18), - the annual service report, - an exemption from the procedure for determining vehicle conformity, - instructions for use. Before delivery to the Contracting Authority, the vehicle must be registered in the Republic of Croatia and must be delivered with a valid registration certificate. The selected bidder will be required to deliver a vehicle that fully corresponds to the vehicle and characteristics specified in its bid, the Technical Specifications and other requirements of the Procurement Documentation.
