TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement and delivery of laptop computers in accordance with the Cost Estimate (Troškovnik) and technical specifications, for the needs of NPOO projects. Since the subject of procurement is procured from NPOO projects, the selected tenderer will, upon delivery of the goods, issue multiple delivery notes for the equipment, with the exact project name, the amount without VAT and with VAT, all for the purpose of refunding the funds used, which the Faculty will seek in accordance with the signed Agreement for NPOO projects. The subject of procurement is described in detail in the Cost Estimate (Troškovnik) and the technical specifications, which are attached as a separate annex. The technical specifications represent the minimum technical characteristics that the offered goods must meet, unless otherwise stated. The delivered computer equipment and accessories or their component parts must be new, unused, and in factory packaging; the equipment must not be refurbished (repaired), and must have the same or better characteristics than those stated in the Cost Estimate (Troškovnik) and the technical specifications.
