TENDER DESCRIPTION

The special-purpose association Flugfeld Böblingen/Sindelfingen intends to implement a cycle and pedestrian crossing between Böblingen and Sindelfingen in the area of the A81 and Flugfeld-Allee. The aim is to create an efficient, safe and, as far as possible, direct route for cycle and pedestrian traffic between the airfield and the towns of Böblingen and Sindelfingen, which links to the planned new cycle superhighway connection. The subject of this procurement procedure is the planning services of a bridge planner (building design (object planning) for engineering structures pursuant to §§ 41 ff. HOAI, traffic facilities object planning pursuant to §§ 45 ff. HOAI, structural engineering design pursuant to §§ 49 ff HOAI, and technical building equipment ELT pursuant to §§ 53 ff HOAI). A staged commissioning of the bridge planner’s planning services is intended, under which the special-purpose association Flugfeld Böblingen/Sindelfingen has the choice of whether the service phases 5 ff of the HOAI are to be provided for a general contractor award or for a separate award of the construction trades.
