TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Zweckverband Flugfeld Böblingen/Sindelfingen intends to implement a cycle and pedestrian crossing in the area between Böblingen and Sindelfingen, the A81 and Flugfeld-Allee. The aim is to establish a highly efficient, safe and, as far as possible, direct routing of cycle and pedestrian traffic between the airfield and the cities of Böblingen and Sindelfingen, which links to the planned new cycle superhighway connection (Radschnellverbindung). The subject of this procurement procedure are the design services of a bridge designer (object planning services for civil engineering structures pursuant to §§ 41 et seq. HOAI, object planning for traffic facilities pursuant to §§ 45 et seq. HOAI, structural design services pursuant to §§ 49 et seq. HOAI, and technical building equipment (ELT) pursuant to §§ 53 et seq. HOAI). A staged commissioning of the bridge designer’s planning services is intended, whereby the Zweckverband Flugfeld Böblingen/Sindelfingen has the choice whether performance phases 5 et seq. of HOAI are to be provided for a general contractor award or for a separate award of the construction trades.
