TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is consultant and facilitation services for the Railway Track Maintenance Safety Instructions (TURO). The Railway Track Maintenance Safety Instructions TURO are one of the key instructions for ensuring railway safety and describing operating practices. The Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency (Väylävirasto) develops TURO by means of continuous improvement procedures. For the development of the instruction, an instruction committee has been assembled, which includes representatives of the key providers of services for the rail network and of stakeholders. The Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency (Väylävirasto) is responsible for the development of the instruction. In facilitating the committee work and supporting the development of the instruction, it is considered necessary to use an external consultant. The subject of the procurement is the facilitation of the TURO instruction committee and, based on that, the drafting and updating work of the TURO instruction.
