In order to be a modern workplace and employer prepared for the future, Trafikverket needs to take account of the instability and changes in the outside world. This affects expectations and places new and complex requirements on assignments and deliveries in the areas of Real Estate/Facility Management, sustainable working methods, digitisation, security and total defence. In a time of increased uncertainty and heightened readiness, robust, resilient and secure workplaces are a prerequisite for maintaining activities that are vital to society. The ICT business area, the ICT Real Estate division and the central HR function are therefore expected to help ensure that Trafikverket is a modern and attractive employer with adapted, safe and functional workplaces that meet both today’s and future needs, and that strengthen the agency’s role in total defence.
