TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public procurement procedure is: a Radiology Information System. The procurement subject is the supply of a RIS/PACS system for the needs of Čakovec County Hospital, including the associated licenses that, after proper delivery and handover, remain with the Contracting Authority for permanent use, including implementation and system configuration, connection to existing information systems and medical devices, integration with pathology and cytology, migration of existing data, reports and medical images, training of users and administrators, and maintenance, upgrades, technical support and troubleshooting during the maintenance period. The detailed scope and requirements are specified in Annex I – Technical Specifications and in the other parts of the Procurement Documentation. The tender must include all obligations, conditions and requirements from the procurement documentation, technical specifications, bill of quantities, draft contract and other annexes, including their published amendments and clarifications.
