The subject of procurement includes the execution of works for the reconstruction and extension of the Dravska Kindergarten at the address Dravska ulica 1, Varaždin, in accordance with the project documentation, bill of quantities, applicable regulations, and the rules of the profession. The subject of procurement includes the execution of all construction, trades, plumbing and finishing works required for the reconstruction of the existing building and the construction of the kindergarten extension, together with the arrangement of outdoor areas and the implementation of all associated installations and equipment provided for in the project documentation. The planned intervention includes the reconstruction and extension of a new part of the kindergarten in order to increase capacity and improve the conditions for the implementation of preschool care and education.
