TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the completion of construction works on cycle and pedestrian paths in the settlements of Brodski Stupnik and Stari Slatinik. A detailed description of the subject of procurement (technical specification) is provided in the Bill of Quantities and the Project-Technical Documentation. Since this is a continuation (completion) of already commenced works, they are carried out in accordance with the differential Bill of Quantities defined in Annex I – Bill of Quantities. The subject of procurement is not divided into lots because it represents a single, objectively defined technical, technological, functional, and other whole. The whole constitutes a capital investment, and the technical complexity of dividing into lots could potentially impair the successful execution of the contract in the event of the need to coordinate a larger number of different contractors. Therefore, the only acceptable solution for the contracting authority is to conclude a contract for the complete subject of procurement.
