TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement subject consists of construction works on an auxiliary building (changing rooms) in Starčevljani, which include the following types of works:- construction and craft works- plumbing and sewerage works- electrical installation works- mechanical engineering works (heating, cooling and ventilation)The procurement subject must be carried out in its entirety in accordance with the Bill of Quantities and the Main Project ZOP: STARČEVLJANI, dated September 2025, prepared by B-projekt d.o.o., attached to and forming an integral part of this Procurement Documentation.To avoid repetition, a more detailed description of the procurement subject is provided to bidders in the Bill of Quantities attached to this DON and forming an integral part thereof.The Contracting Authority has made all the aforementioned documentation available freely and without restriction via EOJN RH.Bidders are required to offer exclusively the entire procurement subject.
