TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the execution of works for the construction of a school sports hall for the Primary School “Vitomir Širola – Pajo” in Nedešćina, on a newly formed building plot, cadastral parcel no. 311/1, cadastral municipality Nedešćina, in accordance with the building permit issued in Labin on 5 December 2024, KLASA: UP/I-361-03/24-01/001519, URBROJ: 2163-18-03/4-24-0015, project documentation, technical specifications and the bill of quantities. The works will be carried out in accordance with the Main Project of the project’s common designation SDN-2539/23 and the Execution Project of designation SDN-2539/23-IZ, which are attached to this Procurement Documentation. The main designer is Robert Dragogna, dipl. ing. arh., authorization number A3450. On the subject building plot there are two uncovered sports playing fields – the larger five-a-side football pitch on the south-eastern part of the plot and the smaller basketball court on the north-western part.
