The subject of procurement is construction works for a school sports hall, in conjunction with the existing school building, which will form a single functional unit with it, according to the design and technical documentation with the joint mark: GP-127/23_rev01 issued on the basis of the Building Permit issued by the following: KLASA: UP/I-361-03/24-01/000179, URBROJ: 2186-08/8-24-0018 dated 9.08.2024, with the day the decision became final on 29.8.2024, and the Decision on amendment and supplementation of the building permit issued by the Administrative Department for Spatial Planning and Construction of Varaždin County, Head Office Varaždin, KLASA: UP/I-361-03/25-01/000081, URBROJ: 2186-08/6-25-0016 dated 04.08.2025, which became final on 28.08.2025, and the bill of quantities. The location planned for construction within this project is owned by the Osnovna škola Vidovec (Primary School Vidovec) and is located on plot no. 787/3, cadastral municipality Nedeljanec (k.o. Nedeljanec). No encumbrances are registered on the parcel.
