The subject of procurement is construction works for the refurbishment of 10 apartments in Split-Dalmatia County and Dubrovnik-Neretva County under the responsibility of the Contracting Authority, all in accordance with the detailed description, types and quantities specified in the Apartment List, the Fit-out Design for each individual apartment, the Technical Specifications, Annex 1 and the Bill of Quantities from this Procurement Documentation.
