Coaching

The contract timeline is as follows: The framework order commences on January 1, 2027, and concludes on December 31, 2029, without requiring termination. The client retains the option to unilaterally extend the contract twice, each time for one year, with the latest possible end date being December 31, 2031.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the provision of services in the area of Coaching and Process Accompaniment. These services are managed by the Stuttgarter Straßenbahnen AG (SSB) Change and Organizational Development department (AC).

• Overall Service Provision: Delivering services in Coaching and Process Accompaniment.
• Themengebiet 4 (Topic Area 4): Moderation of events with specific or general themes, encompassing diverse topics and varying complexity levels. This primarily focuses on process accompaniment within established groups, such as teams, larger units, committees, departments, or entire areas. Specific examples of topics include leadership, team development, organizational/strategic alignment, new organizational formations or mergers, performance, motivation, self-management, resilience, new work methodologies (e.g., agile, collaborative), project meetings, stakeholder workshops, project kick-offs, group/large-group events, diversity and gender-related moderations, discussions, negotiations, conflict resolution, and the accompaniment of learning groups or retrospectives.
• Themengebiet 5 (Topic Area 5): Providing consulting and moderating process accompaniment for organizational development and change processes, addressing multifaceted topics within complex environmental conditions.
• Systemic Consulting: For other topic areas (specifically 1-3, as indicated for "Los 1"), the scope includes systemic consulting, such as coaching.
• Process Management by AC: The AC department serves as the initial consultant, clarifies needs, proposes suitable interventions, establishes goal agreements, recommends external providers, supports implementation, and evaluates the overall process and its success.

The tender aims for the conclusion of up to five framework agreements, which do not include a minimum purchase obligation, and requires coverage of all specified topic areas at defined maximum prices.
