TENDER DESCRIPTION

Coaching is understood as an interactive process that combines individual consulting, personal feedback and practice-oriented training on topics and questions that affect both the requirements of the roles and the coachee’s personality. The PE (personnel development) department is the point of contact for coaching. The personnel development staff advise the employees, answer questions of all kinds about coaching and other personnel development topics, and subsequently refer coaches according to objective selection criteria (see internal process and ordering of services under the framework agreement) if internal coaching is not possible. The subject areas for which we are looking for coaches include, for example: - Resilience (e.g. stress, dealing with pressure, psychological strain, coping with illness, staying healthy, different life stages, age, life situations, multiple burdens) - Conflict (e.g. conflicts in general, team conflicts, conflicts with a manager) - Leadership (e.g. lateral leadership, first leadership experience, limits of capacity under strain, communication, dealing with employees) - Personal development (e.g. perfectionism, performance expectations, dealing…
