TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority is seeking a service provider to support it in the procurement of vehicles and equipment for disaster protection. In particular, the successful tenderer must provide the following predominantly technical services, while the legal assessment and decision-making remain with the contracting authority: - Conducting market consultations regarding the vehicles and equipment to be procured for disaster protection, in particular with regard to the current state of the art and technical possibilities - Preparing specifications of requirements, taking into account technical specifications and the specific needs of disaster protection - Developing proposals for eligibility and award criteria, including technical evaluation criteria - Handling technical applicant/bidder questions - Handling objections/notices of complaint, in particular preparing objection response letters - Evaluating requests to participate or bids and developing tendering proposals for award of the contract - Preparing pre-information letters - Preparing procurement records - Consulting in review proceedings In addition, the successful tenderer must, on a voluntary basis upon request…
