TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority is seeking a service provider that will support it in procuring vehicles and equipment for disaster protection. In particular, the contractor must provide the following predominantly technical services, with legal assessment and decisions remaining with the contracting authority: - Conducting market inquiries regarding the vehicles and equipment to be procured for disaster protection, in particular with regard to the current state of the art and the technical possibilities - Drafting specifications, taking into account technical specifications and the special requirements of disaster protection - Developing proposals for eligibility and award criteria, including technical evaluation criteria - Handling technical candidate/bidder questions - Handling complaints, in particular preparing complaint response letters - Evaluating requests to participate and/or tenders and developing procurement proposals for awarding the contract - Preparing preliminary information letters - Preparing procurement reports (Vergabevermerke) - Advising in review (challenge) procedures In addition, the contractor must optionally support and accompany the…
