TENDER DESCRIPTION

To cover a recurring need for office supplies, a framework agreement is being tendered. Eligible to place orders are 86 member municipalities of the ZBS of the ZV KD Oberland and the ZV KD Oberland. A specific ordering behavior of the authorized parties (see Annex 1) cannot be specified. The office supplies will be ordered as individual orders. A minimum order quantity is not guaranteed. Exact quantities of individual orders and versions as well as delivery dates will only be communicated through individual call-offs. The quantities indicated in the specifications for each item are only needed for the evaluation of the bid (differentiated comparison of the submitted offers). The estimated maximum amount is 75,000 (net) per year. The contract duration is 2 years (15.11.202) with the option to extend twice by one additional year each (15.11.2029, 15.11.2030).
