TENDER DESCRIPTION
In order to cover a recurring need for office supplies, a framework agreement is being tendered. Eligible to call off are 86 member municipalities of the ZBS of the ZV KD Oberland and the ZV KD Oberland. A specific call-off behavior of the authorized users (see Annex 1) cannot be specified. The office supplies will be called off as individual orders. A minimum call-off quantity is not guaranteed. Exact quantities of the individual orders and versions as well as delivery dates will only be specified by individual call-offs. The quantities stated in the specifications in the individual items are only required for the evaluation of the offer (differentiated comparison of the submitted bids). The estimated maximum amount is EUR 75,000 (net) per year. The contract duration is 2 years (15.11.202) with the option to extend twice for an additional year each time (15.11.2029, 15.11.2030).
