TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of film production services for various departments of Berlin Partner für Wirtschaft und Technologie GmbH. The scope of services per call-off project includes: - Concept & Editorial (idea development, treatment/screenplay, storyboard), - Pre-production (project planning, casting, locations, permits), - Production (shooting including direction, camera, sound), - Post-production (editing, sound processing/mixing, color grading, graphics/motion design, subtitles/accessibility in accordance with specifications), - Versioning & format outputs (e.g. 16:9, 1:1, 9:16; DE/EN), - handover of the final master and - where agreed - of raw footage/open projects.
