Conclusion of a framework agreement for the audit of the annual financial statements prepared in accordance with commercial law, as well as the consolidated financial statements, and the audit of the combined management reports of Thüringer Aufbaubank (TAB) for 31.12.2027 to 31.12.2030, including a preliminary review in each case and including the audit of compliance with § 53 of the Federal Budgetary Principles Act (Haushaltsgrundsätzegesetz). The auditor will be appointed annually. The services (audit services) to be provided in compliance with general statutory and professional quality standards and pronouncements, as well as the Thüringer Aufbaubank Act (ThürAufbBkG) and the TAB articles of association, include: 1.
