TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of a framework agreement for the audit of the annual financial statements under commercial law as well as the consolidated financial statements and the audit of the combined management reports of Thüringer Aufbaubank (TAB) for the period from 31.12.2027 to 31.12.2030, including a preliminary audit in each case, and including the audit of compliance with Section 53 of the Haushaltsgrundsätzegesetz. The statutory auditor will be appointed annually. The services (audit services) to be provided in accordance with general statutory and professional quality standards and pronouncements, as well as the Thüringer Aufbaubank Act (ThürAufbBkG) and the TAB articles of association comprise: 1.
