TENDER DESCRIPTION
General principles (1) The contracting authority plans to acquire location-appropriate and exchange-eligible land for nature conservation and water management projects. (2) Projects include all measures suitable for protecting nature, water or climate, contributing to adaptation to climate change impacts, or preserving areas from storm surge and flood risks. (3) For the acquisition of land in one or more projects, the competent state authority awards the contractor a specific management service contract as an individual contract in accordance with this framework agreement, specifying target scenarios, priority search areas and priorities for the respective project.
