TENDER DESCRIPTION
Basic principles (1) The contracting authority plans to acquire location-appropriate and suitable land for exchange for nature conservation and water management projects. (2) Projects are all measures suitable to protect nature, water or climate, contribute to adaptation to the consequences of climate change, or protect land from storm surge and flood risks. (3) For the acquisition of land in one or more projects, the respective state authority shall award the contractor a specific management contract as an individual order under this framework agreement, in which target scenarios, priority search areas, and priorities for the respective project are defined.
