TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of services of the contractor includes the entire market research process, i.e. project management and coordination with the contracting authority, specification of the requirements/research questions in the context of developing the survey content, design and data collection, data evaluation and analysis, as well as reporting. Any additional consulting and analysis effort that arises beyond this may, if required, be commissioned separately. The following survey methods are the subject of this tender: Quantitative methods: - Telephone survey (CATI) - Online survey (CAWI) - Written survey (PAPI) Qualitative methods: - Focus group discussion - Workshop - In-depth interviews The contracting authority reserves the right, within three years after conclusion of the contract for this assignment, to award to the contractor a framework agreement for the performance of similar services as a follow-on contract in the context of a negotiated procedure without a competition for participation in accordance with §14 para. 4 no. 9 VgV.
