TENDER DESCRIPTION

The further development, configuration and technical support of the CRM system, including the gematik-specific extensions, are currently provided by an external service provider. The underlying framework contract ends on 02.03.2027. To ensure uninterrupted operation and continuous further development of the system, a follow-on procurement is therefore required. The objective of this procurement procedure is therefore to conclude a framework agreement for consulting, development and support services for the existing CRM system, including the gematik-specific extensions. The services in particular include the further development of the CRM solution, the maintenance and expansion of the role-based authorisation model (RBAC), the integration of additional specialist procedures and systems, support for ongoing operations, as well as specialist and technical consulting for gematik in the further development of its CRM and IAM landscape.
